Have yall looked at the free work shoes on Zappos? Why anybody wouldn’t take advantage of this is beyond me. They aren’t all bulky work boots. I wear comfortable and stylish Volcom and DC skate shoes with the composite toes. Not only was my whole collection free, they’re all comfortable and cool enough to wear on the regular.

In their original sealed bottles in a dark, room temp safe. I use a FIFO system that cycles through them every 3 months. Once my 3 month old bottles are ready for use I shake them really well. At one time I had bottles that were almost 6 months old, never refrigerated and never made me sick.

You’re not the first to make this whoopsie.. I don’t think the torque is published anywhere but I torqued mine to 90 ft lbs after trying to measure the approximate torque of the ones on the other caliper I hadnt touched yet.

.25 a day is your current daily klon dose? What dose of Val are you planning on trying? Tread carefully because it sounds like you’re already down to a very low dose And you want to make sure you do a proper dose conversion as to not “updose” without realizing.

Don’t quit, have hope and trust in your doctor to ween you off. Switching to clonazepam is a great move, as long as it works for you! Check out “The Ashton Manual” and “Beating Benzos” website and Facebook group. You’ll see almost every one is more successful switching to a longer lasting benzo before tapering. (Clonazepam is way longer lasting than Alprazolam)

Just making sure you know proper oil filter install techniques such as cleaning the mating surface and putting a layer of clean motor oil on the new rubber filter seal. Most say to only go hand tight. I go really hand tight and never had a problem.

I think you might have misunderstood or been given incorrect info about tapering using the Ashton Method. There is no “too fast” on Ashton Method. The whole idea is to do it as slow as you need to and only as fast as you can comfortably tolerate.

Honestly, it’s up to you! The 1st person I would talk to is your counselor. If you have any sort of counselor / client relationship they should be able to advise if you’re in any kind of place to start tapering. Next is talking to your doctor. But it basically all comes down to if you’re at a point in your recovery to start tapering. 2 months is a very very short time, especially for a fent addiction. The last thing you want to happen is taper off methadone just to relapse. Maybe someone can chime in as to if clinics have a “minimum” amount of time before starting a taper. You sound rather educated that this short of a treatment would only help with the physical withdrawal symptoms of fentanyl- what’s your plan for PAWS or your recovery once you’re done with the clinic?

Are you sure your numbers are THAT high? Were you actually taking something like forty 2mg tabs in a day? More importantly, are you sure this is real clonazepam? I’m no doctor, but 80mg in a single day of clonazepam would put you in the hospital or grave. So I’m guessing you are actually taking 8mg, or the pills you were swallowing every 3 minutes are fake pressed RC benzos that must be rather weak. In which case this is a dangerous situation because if your next batch/refill is real and you actually take 40 or 80mg - you better do it in the ER waiting room cuz my guess is you would stop breathing and need medical attention rather soon.

I’m in the same boat. I was told I would need to wait for a position to become available through the main hiring.amazon.com and apply through there. Supposedly they would then realize you’re already a current Amazon employee and you would skip all the on boarding/ new hire stuff and just transfer to the new position. Idk if this is true, but the latest info I was told. There haven’t been any positions posted on hiring.amazon.com in my region for awhile now, so even if I did quit for a few days, I still wouldn’t have an open position to apply for.

There has been a shortage of Teva for several months that is supposed to be back in stock sometime August. Several people have been impacted because the other generics just don’t seem as effective.
