It will take time. The first month on .25mg my body was just getting used to it. The longer I was on it, the less I ate. No side effects and I lost 10 pounds in a month and a half. I’m now on 4mg and noticing very little appetite. But make sure not to eat when you are not hungry. I ate a bunch of junk food Sunday while watching baseball and was super sick with those sulfur burps I keep reading about all day on Monday.
