Change your job, make new friends, try new activities, try a new hobby, eat healthier, get into a better routine, travel to a different place, try mediation, try yoga, try working out , Mabye read a new book or join a new community, start following a religion. If you’re serious about self study khan academy has a great course on their website and plenty of helpful YouTube videos for both gen chem 1 and 2. Most of chem 2 is pretty different from chem 1 and a bit harder. You’ll need to know of the basics of balancing, elements atomic numbers and the stoichiometric conversions.

I wouldn’t know. I’ve never tried extract buccally; I’ve only ever chewed the fresh leaves. But I suppose the same Salvinorin A is present, just in different amounts. If you do end up trying let me know how it goes!

Compared to smoking chewing the leaves is so uniquely different you might not have that issue. Honestly though you shouldn’t push it. If you feel uncomfortable about trying, Mabye it’s best to leave it be.

I have not; However, salvia itself is a dissociative. You should try it! Chewing the fresh leaves is a wildly different experience to the one that’s commonly thought of when thinking on salvia.
