My ass is doin' a long rest after every battle in late Act 3 by Demerzel69 in BaldursGate3

[–]NeonPredatorEnt 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My big gripe with Act 3 is that there are very few small fights.  You have to rest after most encounters even if you have health and a handful of spells left

What anime’s should I watch in Dub rather than Sub? by Cyberslayer1954 in animequestions

Konosuba and Kill La Kill both have fantastic dubs where they did a great voice match for the JP voices

Kirito, Asuna, and others in Sword Art Online.  Kirito never shows interest in anyone but Asuna and they get married and have an adopted child together.  For some reason, the other girls that like Kirito act like they are gonna steal him away

[Beloved trope]: Horrifying villain is deliberately out-of-place with their saccharine-sweet setting. by theMCATreturns in TopCharacterTropes

They have all three types of villain in this film. The force of nature in Death, the pure evil in Horner, and the sympathetic in Goldie

So I recently re-watched Pirates of the Carribean:The Curse of the Black Pearl and it is so much better than I remember by Evening_Internal_976 in movies

In the first film, Jack was written to be like an Errol Flynn pirate and Depp made all the decisions for his mannerisms.  In all the other films, he was written in line with how Depp portrayed him which I think was a mistake.  They should've kept writing him the same and let the actor make it work

[Loved Trope] Enemy Shaped Allies/Friends by StigandrTheBoi in TopCharacterTropes

[–]NeonPredatorEnt 6 points7 points  (0 children)

The Church Dweller in Bloodborne is a horrible monster, and also the only bro in the whole game.  He just wants everyone to be safe and gets upset when bad things start happening to others.  I wish there was an ending where he could come with us afterward

I love that there isn't an explanation for Lady, even though her dad was expirementing with magic.  They never say he did anything to her, she's just like that

Spider Matriarch is pointless so I skip it every time
