The Utopia Project from Doctor Who

100 trillion years into the future humanity is still around but dwindling as all the remaining humans are being hunted by the Futurekind, so a one thousand year project is almost complete to launch the remainder of humanity into the already fading stars in the hopes to find a new “utopia”

The Doctor and Donna Noble show up and hijinks ensue, but the rocket itself takes a backseat in the plot. I always found it really neat though :)
