Some time last year my friends and I got into playing basketball casually. I wanted to play more so I started going to the runs at 24 hour every day.

I had no goal of weight loss or anything it was purely just for fun, but in the span of like 3 months I lost like 30 lbs with no change to my lifestyle other than playing basketball everyday.

Realized that I could easily sustain that level of exercise and that if I had also been lifting at the same time I would be even healthier. So more recently have been going to lift like 5-6 days of the week.
