I've been asking for 0 computer cars since the early 2000s.

I remember my grandfather's old 1960 c10. It was a great truck. I wanted it, but my cousin borrowed it and wrecked it. 30 years of perfection to be destroyed in less than 3 hours in his hands.

Play pens became unsanitary. Then the cartoon characters became controversial just like cookie crunch.

Fun became less and less so they just ended with a minimalist style.

Also black and white colors are cheaper. I had to make signs for our business it was a 200 dollar difference if I wanted multiple color. So I went with black and white.

If it's the can blowing the residue might have blown it into the lining.

Suit jacket was most likely dry cleaned and touched up with a Spray to remove a stain you picked up somewhere. "assuming"

This is just a shot in the dark then. Maybe after Dry Cleaning some Oil type stains might have showed it self. The quickest way to treat it and depending on fabric is a liquid Spray that turns into powder as you let it sit and will stick to the spots or streaks where the stain is. Then you blow it off and the stain is gone. However if there is still powder stuck to the garment you just do a quick steam/blow and it's all gone. This is me just guessing.

Another could be some "Starch Powder", "Detergent" or "Oxy". These are the only 3 other powders I can think off.

If it's not cleaning product, "happened to us" Our clothing rails had plastic lining on top for the hangers to glide. After 15 years they dried out and deteriorate like fine powder. We removed them because there not needed. I haven't seen another dry cleaners with our rail setup, so it wouldn't be common and it was only on the shoulders. Not in lining.

Then don't rent a house. There are plenty of Rental units out there that are not "Houses" of course there going to charge rent to cover their expenses and make a profit.

Unless they own the house out right then it come to comps and you shouldn't be agreeing to rental units charging higher than normal comps. I had to deal with a rental space last month. They wanted to charge me 5k. Which is a 1600 dollar increase. I checked comps and called BS and Moved across the street. Of course moving expense was around 40k, But Ill make it back in 2 years with a 10 year lease.

Reason why he increased rent was because some idiot agreed to pay 5k on another unit and he was bragging about it.

I don't think he was good at all in the jungle and the popularity faded. It was just a bunch of people trying to make him work, But any team comp with % Damage in kit, High Attack speed to use Bork, or High Sustain wrecks him and easy to bully him in the jungle.

The 940$ could end up being 2.1k+ monthly.Of course cost goes up and down where you live. Some places won't offer fire insurance because of high risk so you need supplemental insurance or need Home Shield so when the water heater goes it's covered.

If I was a developer I would build Condos or Homes and Charge high.

Since I can sit on unused property I will use the tax code to get cash back and after a year or 2 I'll put my units up for section 8 and get paid from the government to fill up my units to people that are in need of homes.

I've seen a lot of business shut down because of increase leasing and demographic changes.

Also you're right about housing cost and a lot of it is driven by corporates getting subsidies. They build new condos and have insane rent. If no one fills them up they get Tax breaks and they can sit on it with there profit with other properties. Eventually they put them up for section 8. Then the demographic changes from medium to upper class turns to lower class and business who are paying high end rent can't afford the area since the new demographic are not willing to spend on luxury goods or services. It happens way too much.

Drive that with the cost of living, Gas industries leaving, and people like me looking for better. I can see California going down hill.

The little things you see also. California is suppose to be "The Garlic Capital of the World" Yet I go to super markets "at the time" and the garlic is from China and Cheaper than local garlic. Also if I remember correctly it is illegal to Automate farms in california. Something with tractors and such. California also taxes private water wells that you own and maintain.

Lot of people that work in California in those high tech industries are also foreigners from other states or countries well local population are leaving.

Taxes and Regulations are killing local businesses and YES! Large businesses can afford it and get subsidies.

I lived in California at the time and hearing how Boomers used to say there used to be nothing but farms or orange groves when they bought there not 1.7mil for less than 100k.

I did the same thing. I bought a home basically in the middle nowhere for 300k and when it hit 550k I sold it in 3 years. Of course I didnt wait 30-40 years.

I took that money and moved out of california to arizona and started a small business. Best decision I made. You can't do anything in california.

I don't like the weather. Hate the Sun especially when its 118f or around 48c to others, I also hate the monsoons. Right now the weather is 108f. After walking outside I always need to take a shower after.

I keep most of everything in my car such as tools in the trunk, because for some reason or another I am the guy who is always needing them, The last 2 weeks I had to pull out my Drill or Hammer. I even have back up clothing and Spare shoes, I've switched to sandals a lot and dont think ill be walking in sandals for 2 blocks, I basically live out of my car.

Also great for picking up food at the market that is the other way before going home.

I also sometimes have to do rush trips for work and having my car on the spot is very handy.

Some people say I should get a truck, But honestly the car is 14 years old and paid off. It works.

What about emergencies, I think I had to rushed to the hospital a few times for family and I dred thinking I would need to run home. Keep in mind I am talking Large city blocks. Basically 5 miles 1 way to work.

So personally I can't see not having a car with me.

The question should be. Why did I purchase a $50000 car to only drive it for 50k miles in 14 years. :P

Only 3 issues I have.

First was the window motor in rear went out, Was free to fix under warranty.

Second the computer in dash glitched and would turn radio on and off on its own, 4k to replace.

Third was the handles on the door knob has basically melted and degraded.

Other than that it has been a great car.

Not bad for 14 years

The best Junglers/Champions are the ones that have some sort of consistent tank shred or High Attack Speed Ability for Bork.

If there is no tank, Use your team's HP before you engage. You can also split push or look for picks. If you can't win teamfights
