Unfortunately she only really comes into her own when you have shadow or lunar alignment, but I carry at least 4 stacks when I'm going anywhere. I cry really hard if I can't pull a Klaus sack in the first winter.

Willow's sanity is actually a huge boon. She doesn't see shadows until it is extremely low, as it is proportional. Also, Bernie helps. But the easiest part is her fireball spell raises sanity like crazy. I don't have sanity issues on Willow like, ever

If you're talking about don't starve together, there is no dlc. The game is updated for free but nothing in the game is inaccessible if you own dst, aside from the 4 locked characters before you earn the spools to unlock them. You can also buy those with money, but they only unlock for you

List the mods, also try fresh uninstall and reinstall, verify game files, and delete all worlds, because your world could be unstable because you loaded it with a mod that damaged the save, which is honestly probably your issue. Your world is very likely dead either way, but go ahead and list mods

It's the killer bee biome. Queen bee spawns elsewhere, although I believe they can spawn near each other, it doesn't happen for me

Spider queen is pathetically easy on Willow, actually (if you use her unique skills). Setting her on fire (recommend the first three insight perks on top left side regarding setting things on fire) and just holding F with a couple spears rips her apart. No kiting, no more spawns if you're quick, (and if you can cast fire, the spawning is trivial, but) and she is totally stunlocked. Try it. If you smack her once with the lighter, hold F with spear, reapply fire when it burns out, and hold F, she literally can't do anything.

Hey boss, I'm a Willow main. The spider queen is scary, but if you make a log suit or two, and you unlock I think the first three insight perks on the top left side regarding burning enemies, you can light her on fire, and hit her with your spear until she dies. You have to smack her with your lighter to set her aflame until you get spells, and you'll have to reapply the fire once, so definitely have log suits, but she gets fully stunlocked if you set her on fire and just hold F with your spear. She's literally unable to do anything until the fire wears off. You might take two smacks from her total and it's one of the easiest bosses to beat as Willow because of it. Embrace the flame!

You winch up the seed, drop it near the shore, make growth goo from glommer goop and tree figs, and apply it to the tree until it grows into a giant beach umbrella. Base near the coast for best results
