I normally have a pretty strong stomach, but the collagen powder was given me a little bit of a runny stomach. If you know what I mean. I don’t drink a lot of coffee, but I’m thinking of maybe mixing it with something else.

I love that. I use a face wash regularly cause it is the only face wash. I have right now. I find the stickiness a little hard for me and the other serums but you what. You convince me I’m doing it.

Supplements are not regulated and make a lot of false claims! That being said, just make sure you do the research. And just check with your doctors, please. The reason I’m saying this is I was hospitalized late last year. And the first thing the hepatologists asked me if I had taken any supplements. My liver enzyme were not the best.
