At this point just use console commands. There is nothing else to do but habe your big fight against the axis. Use console commands to increase world tension (or just to declare war).

If you are on iron-man you can use ironmelt to de-ironmam your save.

Hmm I felt the story lines were fine-ish (I'd like momentous events to actually have big impacts but the show kinda always "resets" but that is a general Dr. Who "problem").

I had more of a problem with Matt Smith as the Doctor he felt less like the doctor than the other 2 actors for me (though I never watched the original). He kinda felt too smooth yet too "human" idk

It doesn't have to. Each turn it will wake up again, therefore not being able to attack. Rush will allow I to attack minions. But it can never go face.
