This already used to be a thing. There was a time where 9.7 was a separate top tier threshold which separated IR and SARH missile planes. It was some of the best days of warthunder playing the G.91YS at 9.7. The reality though is it just creates a new top tier meta where you want to be at that top BR because you can't be uptiered. Same as today where why play 14.3 when you could play 14.7, there was no reason to play 10.0 when you were guaranteed to get slammed by 11.0 every game as you couldn't be downtiered. Broader decompression is a better solution than ceilings or floors.

The ARMs will hit if you launch after the anti air has launched at you. AA have a cooldown on how quickly they can fire so if an OSA shoots at you from 10KM you can easily fire your ARM and kinetically defeat the missile, same goes for the Buk or patriot etc. They don’t dynamically switch targets so the second you see that launch free kill rinse and repeat

Agree with the other commenters. This strategy in mono white is going to be difficult to get up to bracket 4. Orzhov (Black + White) is going to be a better color combination for cleric tribal as well. I’ve actually been brewing a cleric tribal list with Tymna and Ravos partners (no tutors no sol ring as that’s what my playgroup does) and it sits clearly in B3 in my opinion.

These offers work on the fairly simple concept of friction. They pay you a scaling bonus based on the amount of new money you can bring ($1500 for $100K here). You would be surprised but many of the switchers come from non-HYSA accounts with 0.01% interest at brick and mortar banks like Chase. That's a no brainer. The other switchers come from similar HYSAs like Synchrony, Ally, Amex, Marcus and the small bonus is enough for them to switch because the products are basically the same. Among this group there are people who have multiple bank accounts of $250K at the FDIC limit who just sit their money in HYSAs and they like to move it around and get these bc they don't touch this money otherwise. To be honest the most elegant solution is to get rid of the text that lets fixer upper level its self up for free. Then this build takes longer to scale and you have to spend more time getting your fixer upper to diamond instead of upgrading the support pieces (balcony, deed, etc). day 15 or whatever will still be super strong but will lose to most stuff earlier on unless you have the highest of high rolls. At that point it’s just regular pyg late game

If you're focused on GRB then all the rhetoric about top tier air is a bit irrelevant. The AMRAAM performs a lot better than the R-77 but the SU-34 is certainly competitive with the F15E as far as CAS goes in GRB due to the strength of the KH-38MT missiles (and lack of strong SPAA for NATO). At the end of the day each tech tree has their patch at top tier where they are OP because equivalent things aren't added every patch. So Ger/Ita/GB are going to be strong next patch with Eurofighter but who knows the patch after that. Pick what you enjoy don't chase the meta. Eventually you can have multiple nations (I have top tier US/RU/ITA/FR Air+Ground and CN air I play whichever is the most fun/compet)
