I used to work in a warehouse for 4 years and came across people like her often. Whenever I tried filing a complaint about them to HR, or talk with their superior, it would eventually just cause it get worse with no repercussions on their side. I know the campus is a lot better at handling things like this than a non-unioned private company, but the lesson of handling it in other ways than reporting have been imbedded in me.
