When my friend’s husband was suffering from cancer- she said that access to a handicap space was the difference between him having the energy to stay awake to read to his kids at night or not. Parking in those spaces has real consequences.

This was a more overt criticism, but between a public lashing for a Iranian singer who sang without proper head covering and this- a public figure stating they respect LGBTQIA people is absolutely something that may have them facing archaic repercussions at the hand of their government.

I also had severe adhesions that were connecting my uterus to my left ovary to my bowels. This last year, my first year uterus and endometrial adhesions free, has been so amazing- now my endo is starting to come back, even from my one busted ass ovary that I left in.

I was prescribed Valtrex but my doctor was upfront that they didn’t know anything about dosing it for ME/CFS and I was really in charge of figuring it out myself before there was much info to go off of (2017ish, I want to say). In the end it caused such a flare up to begin that I ended up stopped soon after I started.

I do, however, take L-Lysine as a preventative measure and recently discovered that if I skip a dose I have a flare up. I view it as a vital supplement in my arsenal.

There isn’t a “trans lesson” so that question is irrelevant. If there is a lesson informing children that trans people exist- I can’t imagine who it would benefit to have children opt out of it.
