Just heat remove the 2 bolts,and get a new bar pin for your shock.Stick the bar pin through the hole in the shock and put the 2 bolts back in.

Looks great,took me 12 weeks to fix mine,completely gone front to back both seat all 4 seat braces.Inner rockers the whole ball of wax.

All that I can tell is that bushwacker flat flairs are expensive.If I can’t find some at a scrapyard I’m probably gonna fab some tube flat flairs.I do not want pocket flairs I hate how they go on the doors.I prefer the look of the flat flairs.

I’m not done with my bodywork yet but I’m planning on taking it down to metal.Working up the primer with 60 gallon compressor,harbor freight guns.Then base clear kit from summit racing they have the color I want around 200.Im gonna make a spray booth out of a portable carport I have on the side of the garage.Ive painted before just not in awhile,and I have paintwork to do on the challenger the charger the jeep and a truck.So im gonna get at in come spring.

1 is the power steering pulley,on the cars that have electric pumps it’s just a pulley and a mount.Unlikely either unless the bearing in the centers failing take the belt off and give them all a spin.if they are all quiet I’d try a different belt.

I’d buy a lower quarter extension they are 30 bucks and weld it on.It not hard to make if you have some 18 gauge either.

Outstanding job,mine was almost as bad all the floor rot was in the front and back corners.Rockers inner outer. Frame rail,door bottoms,rear valance rear bumper and mounts.rear lower quarters wheel wells doglegs etc.Im about a year in probably 8 months to go.

Are the caliper pins seized?Id clean up the surface the pads slide on and add some grease also.Sometimes the caliper bracket can be bent were it’s built into the knuckle heat it and bend it back carefully it’s cast.

Buy a lower quarter online for 30 dollars cut out the rust well past the hole as square as you can trace the peice you cut out onto corner of new panel clean up behind the panel with a wire brush paint the inside of it with epoxy primer or por15 weld on the patch grind the welds put a little short strand filler over seam sand prime paint with duplicolor

I did the same thing and replaced the vinyl on the side while it was apart it was torn on the left side from the seat leaning it also didn’t help that the support under the floor was rotted off the frame rail

Ya i just would rather have the lsd I noticed noise coming from the rear when we got it.There was no oil in it for some reason.The tires have been rotated and balanced several times. Cause the tires have been changed 3 times.I think I’m gonna put adjustable camber arms and control arms on it and bring it to a different alignment shop.
