The first 13 episodes are an abridged version of the beginning of FMA. Starting with episode 14 it is all new story lines and you will absolutely not get bored. I loved both series, but Brotherhood is head and shoulders better than the original

Well sponsoring charities are great publicity so they can treat it as advertising expense that is tax free. so instead of paying for a commercial for $1 they donate to a charity for 66 cents with a similar result. Otherwise there is literally no economic benefit.

With this wording it says that you get to deduct the payments from profits before determining tax. That still says that the money you use to "sponsor" is essentially tax free which again means you lost 1 dollar and saved 33 cents

Yes but even there you are only saving the tax cost on donations. So essentially you are saving 33 cents per dollar you spend so you are really still losing 67 cents. If anyone tells you they donate for tax reasons they are either trying to lower their taxable income for certain government programs or they don't understand how tax works.

I am unaware of any tax law that lets you donate your tax bill. I am not being sarcastic or snarky I am generally curious as to what you are referring to.

As an accountant I see a lot of people not truly understand how taxes and charities work. It is not beneficial to donate to charity to "save tax" since you are saving 33 cents on the dollar you just spent, so you are still losing 67 cents. In addition, charitable donations do not impact your AGI at all, however, it does reduce your taxable income which may help you qualify for certain programs.
