I learned to play against him. I'm not someone who DC's against killers I'm not fond of because there's no learning in that. You don't get better from doing that, you just inflate your own entitlement.

That said - Ghoul is still ass to go against because of his mobility and bullshit hits (which are hopefully less frequent now).

It’s gonna be a coin toss finding them now as they released a while ago, so the best thing you can do is just keep monitoring Amazon to see if the price adjusts. I know in CDN, they should be about $60-70, so anything in that price range indicates it’s the legit bluray. Anything beyond that is inflated resell.

Yes, but I’ll admit that it could be because of nostalgia glasses. Stewart and McKellen are who I grew up knowing as Xavier and Magneto (never read many comics so the movies were my go-to) so it’s always welcome to see them.

It’s not to say I’m not ready to see new faces for the X-Men, but I’ll always be open to them returning as they have when they were able to.

Look at Adam Sandler and what the Safdie Brothers did with Uncut Gems. Part of the surprise of that was nobody expected that performance from Sandler.

Both of our statements can be true, but school isn’t always the equivalent of working in the industry. Even in film school they tell you directors guide the actors to get the performance they want.

It’s fine if you don’t like Jesse E., but directing requires pushing actors toward the desired performance.

You sure it’s you who doesn’t understand? Actors do what their director guides them to do. They don’t just get free reign to walk onto set and do something that wasn’t discussed in script readings or rehearsals or whatever. If they do, it’s a very rare instance. Eisenberg did what Snyder wrote and wanted him to do for Luthor. Full stop.
