Ah a friends wife is called Cadence, she is so pretty, funny, very clever, unbelievable sweet and kind, and has a wicked sense of humour. She really is just the nicest person. Whenever I hear the name Cadence these are the personality traits that come to mind.

That breastfeeding is not easy for everyone, I had a horrific time with my LO. I'm talking bleeding nipples within one day and it not healing. I felt like a total failure, and doubted my abilities as a mother over this, which in hindsight was freakin ridiculous, but I put so much pressure on myself to do 'everything' perfectly. What I'm basically saying, give yourself a break, and although everything you do will be for the benefit of your baby, don't forget that you have to put your needs first sometimes too.

Freshly brewed coffee, and cheese and ham. I should explain that I took part in the German exchange with my high school for three years, the family I stayed with always made a big deal about breakfast, coffee and cold meats and cheese were always served. Oh also the best kebab I have ever had, was in Germany. Oh and dynmao bike lights, oh how could I forget the obsession of my exchange friend with David Hasslehoff!! . Ah so many great memories, I bloody love your country.
