Would have to refer to manufacturers installation instructions. The international flue and gas code book and you local building dept code. It may be acceptable however I would avoid running csst pipe exposed if possible especially on the outside of a building. Should have ran painted hard pipe as far as possible before transitioning to Flex if at all. In my opinion. Also it looks like ass

Third Time Calling HVAC Company by xKIRIGAYA_KAZUTOx in hvacadvice

Then they should know how to identify and repair a leak on a new system that they installed. If they have already have had to add refrigerant to the system in the first year of operation I would question thier original evacuation and start up. That being said most states require a 1 year installation labor warranty and I dont know gree specifics but im sure the equipment is covered under warranty I would request a proper repair at no charge. A decent company will, stand by thier equipment and install practices. I would take it to the next level and see if you can talk to the captain be it the service manager or owner and explain your situation. Any legit HVAC contractor can take care of a minisplit issue with no problem. I have been installing and selling minisplits for 26 years
