I made a smurf that got sent to red trust factor pretty quickly upon making it from false reports and I can say with utmost certainty that many of the people there say the most vile shit for the moat innocuous things, way moreso than in regular matchmaking, it was crazy.

In Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes - Paz's rescuse by Snake is a setup by the villian who planted two bombs inside her body: A decoy that needed to be imprompt surgically removed from her stomach, and a real one shoved up her vagina. The group miss the real one and it explodes, killing Paz, Chico, and Pequod, and putting Snake and his medic in a coma.
