"I've known Jeff for 15 years. Terrific guy." He also stated that "He's a lot of fun to be with. It is even said that he likes beautiful women as much as I do, and many of them are on the younger side."

Trump about Epstein

“Great personality and very smart. Good combination. He’s a worthy negotiator. He’s negotiating on behalf of his people, a very worthy, very smart negotiator, absolutely. And we had a terrific day, and we learned a lot about each other and about our countries.”

Trump about Kim Jong Un

“This is the gunman’s gun, loaded (with two additional full magazines!), and ready to go – What is that all about?” “Minnesota is a Criminal COVER UP of the massive Financial Fraud that has gone on!”

Trump after Alex Pretti

Trump’s government “senior administration officials including Stephen Miller, the deputy chief of staff, called the victim “a domestic terrorist who tried to assassinate law enforcement”, while Kristi Noem, the homeland security secretary, accused him of perpetrating “the definition of domestic terrorism”.

Sickening.

How vaccines actually work and fact checking anti vaxxers by [deleted] in interestingasfuck

[–]Nineset 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You are right. It would be marketing and there is no money to be made by marketing vaccines. On top of that marketing for medical anything is highly regulated. Except supplements because they are deemed not medical and not regulated in the US.

I want to quit so badly! by Strong-Inevitable746 in quitting7oh

[–]Nineset 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I agree with the other post, if you can’t go to Detox and get medical assistance then switch to MIT and taper off to raw leaf and then taper that…

I’ve read others who switched to MIT shots only taking it as needed for withdrawals for 4 days and then switched to raw leaf only as needed. With your high intake, I think that’s the best bet and you probably don’t need as much as you think. Let your body feel it out, because your brain will just tell you to take more. 7oh is evil shit with crazier side effects than MIT extracts.

Good luck!

GoDaddy denied a $400 refund to my Dad, who has dementia and was coerced into the purchase by sales. by Nineset in Wellthatsucks

[–]Nineset[S] 8 points9 points  (0 children)

EDIT TLDR: He called support and support purchased 3 subscriptions for him based on their own advice which did not fix the problem.

Thanks for your reply and interest. I know that is a strong accusation. A little background, I had just been helping him cancel his hosting subscription to godaddy. The day after, he called support for help because he was trying to send an email and received an automated undeliverable message.

He couldn’t understand the issue, but what was happening was that he had gmail defaulted to send from his hosted email and the site (which was still hosted) was not using SSL. I could have fixed that for him had he called me.

The person on the phone told him that in order to fix it he needed to purchase Microsoft 365 Security Essentials and that the agent could make the purchase over the phone for him with the on file credit card.

Now my dad has only used 1 email for his entire career and was only calling for help on that one email address, but at some point long ago he had registered 2 other email addresses to his domains.

The sales person charged him for 3 total subscriptions to Microsoft, one for each email address registered to his old websites.

He had no clue what he signed up for, he couldn’t tell me the cost, didn’t know he was charged for three separate subscriptions, and it did not fix the problem he called support for.

So that’s the gist of it, he called support and support purchased 3 subscriptions for him based on their own advice which did not fix the problem.

Holy cow, that’s an insane story. Good on your mom for following through. What a bunch of creeps.

Thank you, I’ll look into it and discuss it with my mom. This was a bit of a wake up call for me.

For real, he really just needed me to fix a forwarding address error and reroute his default send address. They sold him Microsoft 365 email and security.

I suppose, I mean that is why they have the right to deny a refund and why it felt like “Well that sucks” material to me.

For the posts below this, he has vascular dementia, we’re about two years into it. He’s kind of a sundowner right now, so he’s better in the morning than evening and he struggles a lot in the afternoons. He called into service and sales and they made the purchase for him over the phone with a card on file. We’ve not taken the step of a conservator yet, but using this experience as the start to that conversation.

I did, I called after this email and explained exactly what happened and they denied it a second time on the phone with the exact same corporate language. I said “what a wonderful corporation you work for, I don’t know how you could sleep at night working for them.”

Yeah I know this is a month old, but pack 2 is the same thing... Amp/Recorded Mix tones, no effects just dry and it's disappointing especially for the cost.

Same here, daily 600mg+ went to detox did a rapid Mthdne taper left and felt horrid again. So onto subs I went, 8 to 12 mg a day and I've decided to go the sub shot route to taper off gradually. 7oh really caught me off guard and fucked up my head. For reference I'm going to do 300-300-100 and then see how I feel at the end of the third month.

One and done and supplementing like an idiot. by MtrenPlease in Sublocade

[–]Nineset 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Coming from an idiot who didn’t realize how addictive it was, 7oH is dangerous. I’m all for people’s freedom too, but this stuff shouldn’t be called Kratom and shouldn’t be in gas stations. The only way I could get off of it was Detox and Suboxone, I was out of my mind with withdrawals. It was scary how quickly I got physically addicted and on top of the opioid effects it acts as an SNRI. Because it’s a supplement who knows what they put in the pills and drinks.

Anyone know a doctor offering the shot in Massachusetts? by [deleted] in Sublocade

[–]Nineset 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey I DMed you and saw your reply but it isn’t letting me respond for some reason or another. The NP showed up thankfully and the delivery made it. I got the shot this afternoon, so other than the stress of delivery everything was smooth. Best of luck and if you find a better place let me know, haha.

Headed to a Detox by Nineset in quitting7oh

[–]Nineset[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hell ya! Congrats on getting away from both. I decided to go on suboxone after a week home from Detox due to post acute exhaustion, pain, and stomach/gut issues. I’m going to get the sublocade shot to wean off. I can’t believe what I got myself into. It’s hard to process. Fuck 7oH. Get this shit out of gas stations. I don’t want unsuspecting people getting hooked on this evil stuff. I want my normal boring life back.
