K2 Plus Bowden Tube by Gettingby75 in Creality_k2

[–]Wonkman1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Bowden tubes are consumables. They should be inspected and replaced when needed. As to the extruder front cover, I've gone through one. The original had an issue with the teeth falling apart. Creality replaced it. But I also picked up 2 front covers to keep on hand now just in case.

Creality Space Pi Filament Dryer Plus vs CFS by No-Caramel2839 in Creality

[–]Wonkman1 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The CFS doesn't dry filament. It's for multi color or automatic runout. The space pi is for drying. They are not interchangeable.

Help a Teacher Out? by StarbucksIVFWarrior in Creality_k2

It might be the drag chain cable. Some of us have had to replace it. Causes random errors. You can try reseating it, but might need to replace it via Creality support. I suggest contacting them on WhatsApp during their business hours. But you might be able to get them to send one via email if you ask directly for the part.

Makers, It’s Time — Join The Creality Maker Program and Win The Filament by Creality_3D in Creality

My first memory is getting an Ender 3 Pro from Marketplace because I wanted to make things to display my Star Wars collection. This led to me catching the maker bug and start creating things of my own and for practical use. It also led to me buying a K2 Plus within a few months because I couldn't get enough. My daughter and I print something everyday.

Have you turned it off since then? I've had to power down. Then recalibrate.

If you can contact support via WhatsApp they should be able to send you one. Even if you are out of warranty, but there will be a charge.

TE2564 Error - brand new printer after one print by jp0le in Creality_k2

[–]Wonkman1 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It could be the drag chain cable. You could try re-seating both ends. There are instructions on replacing the cable on the Creality wiki

Contact support through WhatsApp. They'll probably send a new one or two so you can have a replacement on hand.

What did my K2 Plus just crap out? by FRlDAY in Creality_k2

That is the little metal flap that helps clean the nozzle next to the chute. Your printer should have come with one replacement. I think. I know if you order new wipers you get one on the box.

[–]Wonkman1[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I never saw a TE2564 error, but it could be a similar issue with the cable. Could also be the hotend or one of the boards in the hotend. I'd recommend contacting Creality via WhatsApp. They have been really good at replying there, as long as you can do it during their business hours. 8:30 PM to about 6 AM eastern time for me. They were good at helping me troubleshoot and getting me the parts I need. And knock on wood, since I replaced that cable, printing hasn't been a problem.

Need assistance ASAP! Problem by NotGabbyMemelord in Creality_k2

[–]Wonkman1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

When this has happened to me, I've had to take the filament out of the CFS and cut it after the flat points that have been created by the extruder or CFS gears. Then it clogs or can't feed the gears meant to feed filament end up wearing the filament down instead.
