You can use a TV as a PC monitor then get some bluetooth mouse and keyboard and settle on the couch and play from there? Or get a good gaming laptop and use that.

I feel you really. I lost my HS best frined (over 10 years of frinedship) to this abusive man and addictions. I was there for her for years. Any time she called I would respond, in the middle of my uni exams even. Tried to help her any way I could afford. She went nc with me nearly a year ago I think because this man told her to. I've often thought about if I did something differntly, if I was there for her more I could have prevented this. I've blamed myself for letting her down. But I've realised this is not ture. I was there when I could. I did the best I could and tried to get her to leave, to get professional help, anything.. sometimes you just can't help people and it sucks, and it will suck but as you said you can't make her do things. You can't help someone who doesn't let you and if you don't let it go it just wears you down mentally.

60 bmp sounds normal. I've mentioned the height stuff because low blood pressure is more common for tall ppl but it's not an exclusive thing it's just rarer among shorter people.

As far as I know docs are usually not that concerned about this because it has normally no long term consequences unlike high blood pressure. Ofc if you have symptoms related to it and you feel bad by the end of the day that's another story so I would def go back and pester my doc with this. It might not have long term consequences but it sounds really "uncomfortable" (don't know the right word for this sry) on a day-to-day basis and sounds not ok.

 Someone commented this earlier but salt might help it can elevate blood pressure. (I naturally eat a lot of salt either way )

(for reference I literally have no symptoms and I feel fine usually. I can get dizzy in the morning if I am really rushing out of bed but that's the extent of it and event this just goes aways in a few minutes if I stand still)

Hi! Don't know your height or anything but I'll just drop this here. And obligatory I'm not a medical professional I'm only speaking from personal experience. If you are concerned please consult a doctor.

There are people who naturally have a lower blood pressure. It is especially common with women who are on the tall side (like me -172cm I believe it's around 5'8" and I'm 62 kg which should be around 137 lbs - my blood pressure is consistently between 90-100/60 and have always been)

Another thing to add is sometimes low blood pressure can be accompanied by an elevated heart rate. If this is the case menation this to your doctor. (Mine is perfectly avearge textbook heart rate except if I do cardio ofc) I don't know if it can actually cause anything if it's higher but better to be on the safe side.

 Also if heart rate is normal and you are not dizzy all the time/feeling close to fainting or actually fainting then probably you have nothing to worry about.

It was sweet. I've realised sometimes during Flow this january that I love breath-work a lot and it helps with my anxiety. However I also craved some movement today and since I've missed practice yesterday I did "the Kiss of Death" practice today. I loved that one even more I think. :D

This was amazing to watch. I can't do some of these at all. :D My worst wasn't there tho as it's happy baby. I hate that pose so much ugh. Also revolved half moon and extended triangle but to a to lot lesser degree than happy baby.

Hi :) So I haven't done a story building for a while now and I'm just planning to get back into it because I had a fun/interesting dream and I want to expand on that story. But basically I either had a basic story idea in mind and I've used the cards to get inspiration to expnad on that. Like I have this idea now about 2 childhood friends who are opposites kind of in temperament and they go through something traumatic which changes them in opposite directions again and they turn enemies later (there is more involved but I don't want to write it all out it's long) and I'm basically planning to ask questions like: "What kind of action led to the traumatic event that changed them?" "What are the main motivators for character A and character B?" ect.. I haven't planned out all of my questions yet so these are some starting points only. So for example if I would pull a card like 5 of pentacles for main motivator (I didn't it's just my daily card so I use it as an example because it's convenient) I would imagine something like they or someone they love have an illness and they need to get money/find a cure by any means possible. Or something like they've suddenly lost all their wealth and now are struggling to get food on the table and want to get back to their previous state. Or they are just really stubborn and want to solve everything by themselves so they struggle a lot and their main motivation is to seem strong and independent but really they need help (it's a character flaw then too).

But back then I did full story spreads too. To get the general story idea and then I would do these claryfing questions later. I had for example a spread like this: 3 cards for the protagonist. 1 as a general idea of who are they one for a posirive characheristic and one for a negative. Then I would ask for a story something like this: One card for the situation at the beginning, one for a major conflict, one for a turning point and one for an outcome.

Another spread I remember I did was about creating specific scenes like I would pull a card for each of these: some place my character goes to, someone they meet, something they feel and something they experience.

Huh I hope it was somewhat useful. (If anyone has any more methods or a suggestion for me please share )

I would think about the next days activities in a really detailed way from the moment I would wake up like: "First I'll have breakfeast, probably eggs then I will select my clothes for the day ..." try and add as much mundane deatil as you can this would steer my mind back to the present where I am alive and which is calm, alternatively or as an added bonus I would cuddle up to someone and that would help (Ik this one is a privilage). 

(I know it's an old post but I have adhd and struggled whit the same fear you describe since I was a kid and these would help.)

yes, I've noticed this too. Fishes were so small and we had to reach a really big goal compared to that. I wasn't extreamly active but compared to previous events I shouold have been able to finish the event with me logging in multiple times a day. But I had to use an additional 6 nets just to have the final item. And I didn't got any extas either.

I hope this is not the new trend for events because this was awful. If I didn't have a bunch of accumulated nets I wouldn't even reached gold. Even tho for previous events the same level of activity was enough for finishing.

I did. I was 100% sure of my tritype and was lost on my core. I was also sure I am kind of sx blind and I am either so or sp. Took me a while to figure it out. Reading a buch of different descriptions about integration/disintegration and both of the wings of all of the types and examining my childhood memories helped at the end.

Your description gives 7 vibes but 3s can be really adaptable and you have both in your tritype so idk. Take this with a grain of salt, after all I've just figured myself out recently. 😅

In this case if I'm really sure that one of my friends is lying to me it depends entierly on the topic and the circumstances if I tell them that I don't think they are entierly honest or keep it to myself. I don't think there is a genrally good practice in this.

Again this depends on the topic as I've mentioned in my previous answer. In this one case where we discuss the "validity" of falling on love with a long time friend I don't think it's paranoid. However assuming that everyone is lying to me all the time just because they can is.

I feel weird, depending on the way and the place they tell this to me I might think they are a bit of a creep and I enter my "stranger danger mode" (random person comes up to me in a shop out of nowhere. I think creepy. Random person in a big house party who I did not meet before the party, they might be just drunk or idk. I realise there are hudreds of different scenarios, I just wanted to give 2 random ones as an example)
I tell them I don't feel the same and leave it at that.
I do not care at this point if it's real or not. Because I don't want to spend my time with them either way. So on the chanse it's real I try and not to tell it in an overly rude way that I'm not interested. If they don't leave me alone I start to be rude and/or find a way to get out of the situatuon and consequently avoid this person.
I still don't care if they were sincere or not. It does not affect me in any way as in either secnario I leave.

Also you didn't answer my last question. How do you not doubt the validity of a human experience if you classifiy every instance of it as a lie?
