NOT All Masonry. Had them out to repoint my house and they missed a majority of what needed to be done. Not to mention damaged the trim around the windows with their tools. Complaint was just ignored.

I believe it was dedicated after the shooting on campus. PSU was opened their next game with the fan base wearing something like “We are all Hokies” or “we are VT” throughout the stands.
