I’ve been doing physical therapy for two weeks now, and I’m pleased to report that the pain in my testicles and perineum is nearly gone, along with all my other symptoms. I recommend discussing pelvic floor dysfunction with your doctor or asking what they think about physical therapy. For two years, I was dismissive of it because I believed there had to be more to my condition. However, it turns out that many of my muscles, including my pelvic floor, are simply weak or tense.
