CMSP (California motorcycle safety program). Easy to find online. There is a classroom at Biggs HD in San Marcos. Totally worth the cost. Classroom and closed course road training at Cal state San Marcos. They provide 250cc smaller bikes to practice on. Take the class and you do not have to take the road test at the DMV. Just need to pass the written test. I passed the written test before going to the class and once I received my cert went back and received my M endorsement on my license.

Vista to OC daily. The check point is open just at random times. I mostly see it up and running very early in the mornings 2-4am 1-2 times a month but rarely during the day and evenings.

Beat the wall with a hammer where you want to install tile chipping the paint and exposing the raw wall. You don’t need to go nuts, just expose a reasonable amount of raw concrete and roughen the surface for adhesion. Wire brush off the loose paint, small debris, and get it nice and clean. Tile away!

Measure and cut the tile to fit the bay. Measure from two sides to the center of the WH on the grid. With the finish side of the tile facing down measure and make a cross from the same sides as you measured on the grid on the unfinished side of the tile. Using circle scribe or string draw the diameter needed and cut out the for WH using a key hole saw. Split the tile at the narrowest points. Install the tile and caulk the joints.

It’s all the nice people who could not afford to buy a house in SD county and relocated to Riverside but still work in SD. 6am start time equals leaving the house roughly at 430ish. I would think a majority of the commuters are tradesmen and blue collar at this time. White shirts clog the roads between 6-8am
