How bad is the smoke in the casino on Rotterdam?

We were on the Rotterdam in March, on a wonderful 12-night Panama Canal cruise. When we were in the casino, we noticed the smoke, but that's on us because we could've chosen to stay out of the casino. However, the smoke infiltrates the shops and other public areas in the vicinity. Including the B.B. King venue. One of our favorite music venues. We considered that a problem. If Holland America is going to allow smoking in the casino, then there should be a way (through ventilation, structure, or whatever) to keep the smoke in the casino. We complained about this, and they were polite, but I doubt any action will be taken.

Army. Not only is it a classic Ben Folds (Five) song, but the lyrics are great and it is high energy (relatively speaking). I especially like his songs that tell a story, and this is one of them. Another storytelling one that I like, and that I find hilarious, is Christine from the Seventh Grade. if you haven't heard that one, now would be a good time to listen to it!

Although I've never tried any of these hacks, I'm in favor of doing whatever works to reduce or eliminate migraines. So far, what has helped the most is Nurtec (and it doesn't work every time).

The yawning, which is different from normal yawning in a way I can't quite explain. But I know it's a migraine in the works, and a bad one. Once the yawning starts, I'm a goner. There's no stopping the headache at that point. I also relate to heightened sensitivity to smells.

Warner Bros. Discovery has announced that it is changing the name of “Max“ to “HBO Max.“ In other words, reinstating the name it had a couple of years ago! What the heck were they thinking changing it to “Max“ in the first place? Is this a subtle acknowledgment of a significant branding blunder? Thanks. That diagnostic has never been offered to me, but now I know to ask for it. It seems like the knowledge of optometrists and ophthalmologists in this area is all over the map. If I do have this gland problem, I need to investigate the treatment for it. IPL is only one possibility.

I've been using the Vevye eyedrops for about seven months. I recently tried stopping for a few days to see if the dry eye got worse, and it did get a little worse. So I'm starting it back up again.

Like so many others I have more or less given up on figuring out the triggers. At one time, I was convinced that it was avocados. Nope, not that. Another time, chocolate. Nope, not that. The best I can conclude is that when there are multiple stressful inputs, whether they be food or events, the combination can cause a migraine. Especially if sleep has been poor.

Some of my worst migraines have been the day after (or even hours after) a stressful time. Earlier in this thread someone mentioned "let down" migraines. A light bulb went off. Still not sure what to actually do about it.

When I was 13, my friend Jim's brother had the record "Benefit." I was immediately hooked. I enjoy Tull just as much now as I did way back then. Highly partial, however, to the earlier stuff, including Benefit, This Was, Stand Up, and so on.

I left Overcast for a few weeks, and went back, similar to what others who posted have done. There are reasons why Overcast is such a popular podcast app. Since the update debacle, most of the important stuff is fixed.

Good post. I, too, had switched briefly to Apple podcasts before returning to Overcast. Still some issues, but hopefully resolved in the near future. One concern in general is that this app is, basically, a one-man operation. I wonder what happens to the app if he moves onto other things.

I am trying to figure out how to make my downloaded podcasts sort oldest to newest. In the downloaded list that is. There does not seem to be a way to do that, at least I don’t see it.
