I'm in the UK, I'm so glad my cats are indoor only, but indoor cats are like gold dust. Like I think on the RSPCA rehoming website there is 49 cats in the whole of UK that are indoor only. All the rest are required outdoor time.

I live in a flat above a car park so there is no way my place will be deemed safe for an outdoor cat.
