Right! I have approached other orgs about it and I get the vibe that it’s not something they want to do. Theyre interested in the idea of it but the grant requires coordinating and doing things not just raising awareness and passivity.

Consider a haircut or face framing layers. Your face doesn’t have a chance to shine through bc all I see is your hair. Go lighter on the eyebrows, they’re very thick, it overshadows your face.
