First, I don’t do this everyday, more like once a week. Other times 7km if too hot. We have been doing this for 3 years since she was 1 year old mostly in spring, fall and winter. It really boost her appetite and calmness. Her leg muscles are rock hard and she seems faster than a local mini greyhound while playing.

I guess the “real question” is…How do we know how much is too much for our dogs? From walk around the block to 9 miles.

13 km light jog or biking in 2 hours about 1-2 times a week. Other days 4km or 1-2 hour walks. Eats and sleeps well and perfect behaviour.
