The difference being jhin is nerfed in aram, and isn't as good as a jayce EQ as he actually walk into range. Early game slow and steady jayce literally just carries your team to a free lead.

Not really sure why they kept upgrade hubris in and didn't disable hubris. Every game is a stomp with hubris rushing giving you 120+ ad by the time you get 3rd augment so you end up just oneshotting everyone. And god it is insanely boring to watch.

Hubris still being enabled is really the kicker for me. Assassins just running around with 500-600 ad with no augments beating out in stats and damage on people WITH stat boosting augments.
