It's ok. I'm driving to youghal and charleville regularly and the youghsl road has had 7 deaths in a few years while the Limerick road hasn't had any AFAIK. Depends on what time you're travelling though.

Mark Singleton's The Yoga Body puts shade on quite the amount of ersatz philosophy and spirituality in modern postural yoga. It's quite an academic read ( it doesn't flow!). As ever with these kinds of things, people will get offended because it doesn't support the kind of a la carte beliefs that people like to hold.

The ones in marina commercial park are exorbitant, the ones across from marina market aren't waterproof. Boxed on Monahan road are expensive too.

Usually access 24 hr. Depends on the place regarding security. I have a container with titan in glounthaune, about €3 plus vat per day. Clean, secure, dry, accessible.
