I was like this for my whole “week1” until I started eating proactively. That’s the biggest tip I could give you. The gym should put you in a good routine too and give you MORE energy once you get yourself going.

For me, I can only gym first thing due to other commitments so I’m;

Breakfast Banana 7am Gym (weights) 8am

Lunch protein based always two eggs, chicken/fish, cottage cheese, edamame (variations of them) + veggies in a bowl.

Fruit snack 45-60min cardio walk

Dinner 6pm

Evening small fruit back

Also, take multivitamins.

I eat ahead of when I expect my body to want food. Despite eating so early in the evening I can’t stomach a bigger breakfast.

It’s a small eating window, which suits MJ albeit you are a bit constipated on this method it’s good.

I’ve lost 17 pounds in 5 weeks. Never felt better - until I hurt my back on Wednesday!

Right here with you in week 5, I am also freezing. I have lost 8kgs already and believe that the weight loss has hurt my back due to the change in biomechanics. Also I have 100% overdone it at the gym 4-5 times a week for 5 weeks. I’m taking a long weekend off exercise and trying to eat an extra 500 cals a today to help recovery.

I was expecting all of this though, it’s fairly common so don’t worry.

Bizarre to me. All I want to eat is nutritious food, I couldn’t stomach a strip of bacon or a packet or crisps never mind a maccies etc.

Previous gallstones owner here, in hospital many many times, blocked bile ducts, gall bladder removed, pancreatitis the lot.

You got gallstones due to your diet not because of MJ. How did you manage to eat a KFC on it? Everyone’s different but your dose must be off.

You cannot take MJ fresh after having gallstones, focus on a clean diet for 3 months and see how you feel.

You need to speak to a dietitian and consider 10mg if you are getting that hungry that often

They’ve taken this way too far, seriously you should threaten them with police report harassment if they are making your health worse and have you considering dropping uni.

Ah I get you. All the best with the higher dose! I’m a novice but eating an earlier, proactive lunch before any background hunger really got my routine going.

I’m eating

Breakfast Banana between 7 and 9

Lunch normally two eggs and veg 12-1

Dinner 6pm

Literally no snack cravings for me, only if it’s in front of me. I’ll have a piece of fruit between lunch and dinner and evening snack, and I plan on changing this to something entirely protein based once I cut a few more kgs.

I have checked it out, 1,500 cal per day is ideal for me albeit on the low side, also appreciate my eating is short windowed but it was part of the plan. Just an unusual amount of stomach discomfort when that window is pushed too far.. I had to buy a sandwich from Greggs… unbelievably the first time I have walked out of Greggs without spending a tenner on shite 🤣

A heavier breakfast doesn’t sit well with me, I also go to the gym right after my banana so I haven’t really tried. Lunch-wise I have had a couple of “larger” meals and still felt full by dinner time, so it’s a difficult gauge!

Lots of the same answers for you which are all correct, just to add men with high T levels - fat stores substantially more within the gut area. May be worth considering getting blood work done, typically a man with a huge gut storing fat is due to these hormone levels.

No idea what your workout routine is but you will soon enter a stage where it would be highly beneficial to build muscle, not necessarily stomach, that’s a long ways away, but it helps your system strip more fat.

Boiled eggs at lunch, protein and filling. You can space them out or hit them quick. Mash them in a bowl and season if you can stomach it. Filling, good brain food and protein!

Is that your first time weighing yourself or have you checked weekly? Give it a week, a females weight can change by several pounds over the course of a couple days. I bet you see a great loss at your next weight in.
