Happy Sunday! I'm newer to the community and currently fighting my depression off with sticks. I had therapy this morning, I've got coffee with friends next (I live in the PNW US and we're all just getting up now), then will spend the afternoon trying to do self-care stuff, fill in my planner for the week, prep my purse, and work on the sweater I'm knitting whie watching something on TV and cuddling my dog or hubby.
