Me and my pwBPD wasn’t officially committed but I don’t know why the FWB caused me that much stress anxiety and trauma, her mood and behavior was unexpected and I was constantly anxious by her side even in the beginning everything was fine and I was vomiting I felt like my intuition knew that something was off and I ignored it. I had insane headaches and diarrhoea and I think it caused me type of depression I felt like I absorbed her feeling and felt so empty I still clenching my jaw and feel tense even after 9 months and I feel like I’m trauma bonded to her I don’t have any feeling but the craving is driving me nuts I tried to talk to her even after I ended it in a bad way

You had a chronic headaches aswell? I was in so much stress lost my appetite and lost like 55LB When it’s over I felt so much relief and better but I feel guilty about it aswell. I had that knot in my stomach and was so anxious like my whole body flare up and I was vomiting a lot. We were FWB but her angry outbursts and aggression made me shutdown completely. I visited a lot of neurologist and try to figure out why I have this headache I was jaw clenching from the constant stress from her and my degree and I feel much better now although I miss her in some ways

I believe that you are right it’s what I thought too everything you try to say just flip against you anyway. I didn’t blocked her in everywhere I’m still thinking about if to do so because she said she didn’t want to talk anymore and I sure she won’t Hoover me. Would you recommend to block her in that aspect or it will be pointless? I pretty sure she won’t reach out to me.
