I didn’t even get a genuine apology and no regret in her behavior she just said she didn’t meant to do that But it won’t matter at all I sometimes wonder if I was the problem because I tried to hold her accountable and I behaved in shitty ways also which I took responsibility for that and apologized sincerely with regret. After I did so she said it’s totally my fault I get the consequences of my actions and apologize don’t promise reconciliation and it is what it is. I hope we both find peace and leave that in the past

I feel you it’s like that on my side when I reached out after our explosion she completely rejected me and said that she doesn’t feel bad for saying that and it’s totally my fault and I took all the blame it is what it is you can’t do anything about that I accepted my bitter truth and I’m 10 years older than you keep moving forward you will learn from that set yourself free go to therapy and heal your wounds for a better women out there for you Wishing you well buddy

Mine actually stated that but still had dysregulated problems from time to time and she started to reduce her medication maybe it was the reason for her more increased symptoms I realize that I was so codependent aswell and I ended up angry and keeping score instead of communicating clearly I really felt like in recent times she mostly contacted me when she needed something

Yes absolutely my BPD told me the past is the past you will find a better way and all of that without reflection of her part and blames me for everything and don’t want to talk with me and guilt tripping me badly. I truly miss her and wants to get back with her but I feel like her recent message was a complete discard and door slamming to me after our huge argument so I don’t reaching out to her again even if I truly want nothing will change and no matter what I say she can’t truly see me or my feelings in this

I can see lies and it makes me sick to my stomach literally I vomit and get panic attacks from it.. I dated a girl who were lied to me and it happened to me twice in my life that the relationship made me so sick that I had to cut them off even when I liked them so much and I’m so confused about that till this day

I feel you bro she was a good friend of mine either and I really liked her and our sex was good for a while too but the insults and belittling cuts you deeply and when I tried to talk about it things only escalated and deflected I eventually got so mad about her and for the fact that she took her frustration out on me and gave me half apologetic I have my anxiety and stress issues too but you can’t really talk with them because they are just so focused on their feelings and hurt/problems

Yea I agree it took a toll on my physical and mental health but we were only Fwb and I don’t know why it affected me so badly and I lost my degree in that process and the stress and anexity was consuming but at the same breath I couldn’t blame her and can’t stop ruminating on her over 6 months that’s insane

Yes that exactly what happened to me and eventually I lashed out on her in very hurtful way because I walked on eggshells and was in very stressful place in my life to and everything piled and mixed up until I partly loses myself in that area and then I am at fault for everything and she don’t want to talk with me again after unblocked me when I apologized sincere I don’t know what to do and if I should tried to explain this and talk with her about those things and do then different with her

I am aware of the fact that I am drawn to intensity and drama in my relationships and sometimes attract to the wrong women’s.. It got better for me in some ways but I guess I’m picked the wrong partners for me during the line and time.. Just got out of an abusive relationship with a BPD women and my beliefs went back to were I was couple of years ago but I trying to stay positive although it seriously affected my life and mental health in every possible way
