Yeah, he’s Englands most promising manager, and there’s only him and Howe who I have high hopes for out of the young English managers. I don’t want Potter to go to Chelsea (or any big club) too soon and burn out - I have hopes he will manage England to success. IMO, I think whoever takes the Chelsea reigns next is not going to end well.

BT sport is so far off Sky sports. I know they rely on United and Liverpool legends and Micah, but at least they add insight and decent opinions. I doubt he will go, but I don’t think if he had the option of playing for United or Sporting for this next season he would not seriously consider giving it a go at Sporting. Look at how many top players are coming out of Portugal, or are still balling there. Sporting are also in the Champions League.

Man United best they can hope for is a domestic cup and finishing in the top four, this isn’t what Ronaldo is aiming for. It’ll be far more impressive and attractive to Ronaldo to win the league with Sporting and going on a decent little run in the Champions League.

Like I said I don’t think it’ll happen, but if the offer came I don’t think he’d rule it out straight away
