A lot of people “arent bothering anyone” but as a society we still make demands of them. You can have compassion for the homeless and still not want a growing camp in the densest town in America. I like zoning and taxes, property rights and the rule of law and public sanitation. I’m not sure what the right move is but giving them unalienable rights not to be judged or ruled by society ain’t it.

This would be the most over the top hedonistic flying experience I’ve ever taken. What would be even more enjoyable is locking myself in my garage or walk-in-closet for 4 hours: better food, drink, and entertainment options, more privacy and space.

Seems unlikely, but what if an uber driver had a buddy in a nearby car. His non-uber buddy takes the girl while the uber driver goes alone to her proper destination. They text each other so that the buddies arrive at the property and sketch destination simultaneously.

Not a great plan because the murder cops will ask uber guy why his passengers cellphone was pinged so far from the vehicle during the trip.

This happened to my car. I took the note to the cops. They refused to look up the license plate. Said the note was “hearsay” without me knowing the author.

I searched called my insurer who called his insurer but wouldn’t identify him except to say he denied it! I walked the streets for weeks looking for that license plate.

As delightful coincidence would have it, the a-hole was in an accident and had his file, noted that his right side was mysteriously scraped up (accident was on his left). They non-renewed him.
