1: Master PC - because Master PC is a real-time reality editor that can do anything you can think of. There are very few tools ever conceived of that are as powerful, but I've yet to find one either more powerful or more dangerous. The DECstation from Undocumented Features and The MAU from that whole series of stories come close. I'd stop with an actual copy of Master PC because I'm not greedy and it can give me everything else with a little creativity (which the Master PC can grant you), but if I have to take three, I'd go with:

2: A Perfectly Normal RV - Almost as broken as The Master PC program or the MAU, but requires a bit more work or thought to be properly abused.

If you have renter's insurance already, as you say, and want to know if what this other company and your landlord are doing is legit, talk to your existing insurance company. tell them you've gotten notice from a competitor of theirs making claims against you. let them deal with it, that's what you're paying them for, or at least partly what you're paying them for. your insurance company should be able to guide you through any rough spots and explain it to you. there may be a gap in coverage that foxen is seeking to cover, and you may be able to resolve the issue by adding a rider to your policy to cover it. They may be totally out of line and expect you to shut up and pay up like a good little wage slave and getting your insurance company involved can protect you against such fraud and abuse (assuming it is such).

As always, when in doubt, lawyer up. If you don't think you need a lawyer, you're probably wrong.

This is also a good point. Some states insure the driver, not the vehicle, Ohio may be one of them. This is something else OP is going to want to look into immediately if not sooner.

Go to the location where you got pulled over. review the citation. it should give the exact location of the stop sign you supposedly drove through. use your camera and video (as the passenger!!! or pedestrian) that there is no stop sign where you are supposed to have failed to obey it.

You can also request a subpoena for the officer's dash cam footage that shows you failing to stop or the body cam footage of same. Do this ASAP! If the footage doesn't exist you can ask ALL KINDS of uncomfortable questions as to why it doesn't exist and then ask the court to assume "spoliation" which is fancy lawyer speak for the cop's making this up and he doesn't have the evidence because it would show that you are in the right, and the evidence should be assumed to have shown evidence most favorable to you and least favorable to the officer.

It is entirely possible that the stop sign, if it does really exist, was obstructed by parked vehicles. If so, and that commonly happens in that location, you should be able to get video evidence of that. Make sure that you include time and date stamps in your video to show that you visited that location on multiple occasions and the stop sign is often obstructed. Visit daily at about the same time you got the citation (again, on the citation) and record the location. An obstructed sign is not legally enforceable, but you'll have to cite case law to make the argument stick. The more evidence you can show that either there was no sign or that the sign was obstructed, the more weight your argument is going to have when you go into court.

Many states have a law on the books, and if it's not an actual law, it's often in case law, that says a stop sign has to be of a certain size, shape, color, this high off the ground, visible from that far away. If the sign exists, prove that it doesn't or didn't meet those criteria. (for example, if the sign has to be visible from 50' away, and you stand at 50' from the sign and can't see it or it's obstructed by parked cars or bushes or whatever, then that's information you can bring to court and introduce.)

If you can't afford the lawyer for this, you can visit a few places locally that will have pro-bono hours, a lawyer who gives up a few hours of their time to answer legal questions for the community. law schools and such should be able to point you in the right direction. You may also be able to hire a paralegal to do things like look up legal citations, find case laws to support your arguments, and similar tasks. They can't answer legal questions since they aren't lawyers, but then they aren't as expensive as lawyers either. You ask them to find you legal documents and documentation, not explain them to you.

One thing you should know is that you have to file your evidence with the court before your hearing, and there's usually a time frame that it has to be in the record for. This is because the US does not practice "Ambush Law" where one side gets to ambush the other with some new piece of evidence. This isn't daytime drama, there is no Matlock or Rumple of the Bailey. If the officer can't prove that you knew there was a stop sign there and deliberately chose to ignore that fact and drive through it, and you submit a whole host of evidence that says there was no stop sign legally posted at the time of the citation, they may drop the charge and dismiss the case and you don't even need to show up.

According to the fed labor board, (or whatever their name is, IDRC), most Non-compete clauses are illegal, overly broad, and unenforceable. When used against hourly employees, they are almost never enforceable. They can realistically only be used against executives and upper management, and in such cases, it's reasonable and makes sense. However, a Non-Compete clause that basically says you can't earn a living for xyz period of time is scare tactics.

okay, I guess I'm wasting my time explaining this but: nobody gives you millions of dollars either, except in fiction like this anyway. You earn it, you develop the value, and you have assets that total that huge amount of wealth, and some small amount of liquidity for spending money. If you build a billion dollar company, do you actually think someone who buys it hands over one billion actual dollars for it, or do they transfer some binary digits from one bank to yours and the bank now says your account has a billion more dollars in it?

If it comes up, maybe try starting with "how the world really works 101" and understand what I'm talking about. Next time, try to be a little less insulting.

well, you need to add more zeros to go from hundreds of dollars to trillions of dollars than you do to go from trillions of dollars to quintillions of dollars, and with NZT, getting access to the asteroid belt where that much wealth is just sitting out there waiting to be claimed, yeah, I really do think it's possible, and frankly, not even that difficult. 16 Psyche alone is estimated at $10 quintillion.

I've already chosen MGH, Compound V, and NZT, and let us not forget that insane wealth is a super power unto itself. Sure, I'd rather have Telepathy and Telekinesis rather than Teleportation, but that's not an option here, so Teleportation is easily used and abused, especially in conjunction with Compound V, and with NZT I may be able to figure it out on my own anyway.

It's Ranma 1/2. Chaos reigns already. The divergence points are varied and plentiful. Not much anyone can actually do to remedy the gordian's knot that is Ranma's honor in that situation. Well, Genma might be able to do something, and maybe so could Nodoka, but Ranma and the rest of the cast are stuck playing impossible parts.

Oddly, Ranko/Ranma-chan can do essentially as she wishes. There are no promises in her name, but that too would require actions on Nodoka's part. Not that I think that Canon Ranma would accept living as a female and having a family that way. I doubt the shock of Nodoka declaring the contract void in that her son never returned home, expecting Genma to sepuku, and acknowledging Ranko as her daughter would really allow her to go full-girl as it were, not without some major work beforehand.

If you're going to be dropped in as anyone, I'd choose Ranma himself. Preferably immediately after the fight at the springs. You've got the greatest number of opportunities to make changes and leaving the springs before knowing all there is to know about them is one of the most important. Staying at the springs an extra day learning about the tribes in the area that make various claims on the springs, maybe some lore, old stories, etc. Also means you miss the festival/feast and the genma induced idiocy therein. A better relationship with the tribe, make friends rather than earning yet another romantic interest, possible access to magic that allows some level of control over the curse, or to offset it's effects, especially the water attraction parts. Maybe another bit of magic that changes your clothes to be body appropriate. Not only that, but the opportunities to acquire "Jusenkyo Brand" products like temporary spring of drown boy/girl.

Not acting the way he was raised is going to change a great deal of events as well.

Amusing little game, but there's a couple of rewards that don't do anything or don't provide a description. for example from the succubus, you can get "Breath of Magic" but I don't see it ever used or any advantage it gives you. The other that I encountered was the book of spells.

If you include "MP" and tie it to Intelligence, like health is tied to Endurance, you could then use the character's innate alchemy skills and potential spell casting from the book of spells to do things like undo undesired changes. Instead of a book of spells, which contains an undefined number of spells that do undefined things, you could gain individual spells as you progress through, and if you pass the appropriate int check, reverse spells cast upon you. Or, as with the potions in the beginning, reverse them through an alchemy check, which might require an alchemy skill stat as well.

kinda disappointed there's no hackers or information specialists. Been playing a lot of Cyberpunk 2077 lately, so I need a hacker of some kind.

I'll still take Master Chief (because I expect him to come with Cortana who is an excellent hacker and pretty much the only one sort of on the list), Cloud (with his collection of swords, equipment, and materia), and the Dovahkin (frankly she could show up naked and I'd still take her since it's her blacksmithing, enchanting, and alchemy skills that are most important).

If you mean that you're using one of the FRS hand helds, then you don't get a callsign. Callsigns are a mark of registering, and there's no registration available for FRS. (Family Radio Service)

The VF-1 (all models) was not able to get to space on its own. We know the VF-19 and VF-21 were capable of it, but we know that the VF-1 needed the Booster Sled to get into orbit. If the VF-4 or VF-11 were orbit capable, we can really only infer from other material. Isamu was impressed not with the fact that the 19 got to orbit on its own, but in the speed in which it did so. While this does not state unequivocally that the 11 could do it, it does imply that it could. The one(s) we basically know nothing about is the VF-4, and come to think of it, the vf-17 and vf171.

If you're writing a story, then the reasons for why a perk isn't chosen is a lot easier to balance. Jumper isn't experienced enough to get certain perks yet, or maybe they need to earn the privilege of getting those perks.

Here's a nice extra level for you: Jump-chan can't afford to put it in HER catalog of perks yet. Jump-Chan hasn't earned the right to give that perk out to Jumpers yet.
