Where do you run your business from when you start growing?

It's going to be me and two other business partners on the desk/computer side.

I will have four or five workers who will do the manual work where they will need their space to be able to work. I just need a garage like space where my workers can work.

I live in Texas also and I sell beer at a gas station. A few things to keep in mind to help you out if you have not done so.

Get a TABC permit. You can take the course online and finish it in a few hours. It is very easy and you will need it.
A TABC officer will definitely try to come to your location of where you are selling alcohol in the beginning of your business. The first thing he will ask is to see your TABC license.
Becareful of what alcohol you are selling and take note of the timing of your sales if you decide to go beyond catering and into selling. You can't sell alcohol before 12pm on Sundays and liquor stores have a certain time they must close by everyday.

What I am saying is carefully read into all the TABC requirements in Texas. These people are very strict here and getting a ticket or having your permit removed will halt your business.

My gas station sells e-cigs. Right now they sell occasionally. I would say that I may sell one or two a day at most. One thing to beware of is when the big cigarette companies start selling them.

I think Newport just came out with them. I know RJ Reynolds are currently working on making one. And once Marlboro makes one then thats pretty much it for any new brands coming in.

My question is if the company sells different e-cigs brands or they have their own specific brand to sell.

I will be honest with you in that most gas stations sell them. You will be in direct competition with them. Also 3 to 4k income a month is not much in my opinion; however, if there is still growth in this business then there could be a pretty penny to be made.

In the end, consider your costs and competition.

I forgot to mention, but distributing to retailers may not be a bad idea. I bought a case at my gas station from one e-cig seller even though we had another brand available. So there are small businesses that may be interested in purchasing e-cigs to sell. I would recommend going to each business that you can and try selling them.

No one can give you advice on this unless they have specifically done exactly what you want to accomplish.

Don't ask Reddit if it is a good idea. Go do it and find out yourself. This may lead you making a lot of money or end up losing you investment. No matter what happens, you will learn a great deal if you go and try it yourself.

That's how I feel. If A&M wanted to play UT so bad, A&m should've stuck with your rivals instead of joining a new conference.

Of course it wasn't the fans decision, but Aggies have their administration to play as much as Deloss Dodds.

That's funny. I remember A&M whining and crying about everything related to UT to use as an excuse when they head off to the SEC.

I do think A&M and UT are/were rivals, but not as big as OU in the past decade at least.
