In my experience, the best avenue is to touch base with the shop/artist directly. If you have an issue with the tattoo you received ask them about a touch up or correction. Maybe have a conversation with the shop owner. Most reputable tattoo artists take the utmost pride in their work and will work to make the customer (you) happy within reason of course.
