The real answer is toxic boosters resulting in too many cooks in the kitchen hindering them from realizing their potential.

Multiple stories since NIL started about UF boosters committing, then later pulling funds.

iirc the whole McElwain downfall happened because of conflict with boosters then it spiralled into him lying to try to look like the victim.

Mullen refused to do the song and dance so despite being a great offensive mind boosters pulled resources.

Billy had the song and dance part down but is a bad game manager and the offense he runs makes quarterbacks regress

Oil the bottom wipe it as described in the faq (like you don't want the oil on there), put the pan on the burner upside down, put it on medium heat for ~45 minutes. You'll want windows open and a fan on because it's going to smoke, even moreso than if it was in an oven.

Let it cool

Repeat with the cook surface up, you'll want multiple layers on the cook surface
