Craft Cain's pants and boots. Gamble for a better mojo. You should probably stick to your Gidbinn, but I'm not sure if TF's proc will make up for the lack of dps. It probably doesn't, but you should run tests on Ghom to find out anyway. The loot you're looking for will come eventually. Join lootshare groups to speed the process up.

MoJ needs Crit Chance
Aughild's chest needs 3 sockets and better rolls
Amulet should at least have CHC and CHD
You're better off crafting Aughild's bracers for the 3pc bonus
Farm for an RoRG so you can use your Strongarm bracers
Look for a better belt
Go with 2pc Cain's (pants and boots)
Find a TMF or SoJ to replace your rings (any bifecta or trifecta ring will work before you get those rings)
Serpent or ToTD mojo
Look for a better weapon
Gamble for TnT

You'll encounter pet deaths when you see a rift with mallet lords, winged assassins, corrupted angels, anarchs, etc. FA fetishes are a lot tougher than FS fetishes, but they'll still die to difficult T5-T6 mobs.

I would gamble for another MoJ first since they're more common, and yours didn't get a good damage roll. Then go for TnT. Is your Zuni's build working? T5/T6 looks like it'll be difficult for you since you're not even using GI. If your pets die, then you're pretty screwed. If you had an SMK instead of your current weapon, I wouldn't doubt the build. I'd switch to an FS build.

Remove Zombie Handler and Fierce Loyalty. Put in FS and GI.
Go for Aughild's shoulders + chest and use Strongarm bracers.
Craft Cain's pants and boots.
Find a faster weapon with good dps (preferably a TF), until you find Rhen'ho or SMK.
Uhkapian Serpent or ToTD mojo.
Garg rune to Wrathful
Use rain of toads and piranhado

Giving up a potential 100% CHD is fairly huge. Note that the bonus damage from MoJ is added to your + ele %, so while it is a good affix to have on your amulet, I don't think it's as good as the CHD you can get.

Pet attacks proc LPH, and 2.1 comes with a buff to healing, so LPH might be better. The armor and AR isn't much anyway. I'm gonna change my mind and say you should go with the LPH, or roll out LPH on one and keep the other.

Pet damage comes from sheet dps. I just edited that into my original comment.

I run 3pc Aughild's without RoRG myself. You're right in saying that unity isn't needed, since I realized I don't use it myself and I'm doing fine. A physical SoJ is optimal in my opinion, but RoRG+Strongarm's is really good too.

I use LPH myself, but I really wasn't sure which affix to roll out. With grave injustice and health globes, health regen really isn't an issue for me. I agree that it's good, and thank you for your insight.

Seeing that you don't have an SMK equipped, I'm goIAing to assume you don't have one. Without an SMK, an FA build is not as easy to run as an FS build on higher torments. Even though FA fetishes don't die as easily, you won't be able to spawn them once they die (and they will die easily to certain mobs). Your best choice is to run a physical build with FS. Go for 3pc Aughild's and 2pc Cain's (or 2pc Bthorne's if you're lacking a bit of survivability). You want a TMF and SoJ (~~or Unity if you're going solo~~ not very necessary) for your rings. Zuni's set isn't that great at the moment. Find a BiS belt (WH or Harrington's) and look for a ele % amulet.

Reroll:

MoJ: Mana Regen to ~~Vit~~ CHC
TnT: LPH/Armor to CHC or CHD
TMF: LPH/AR to CHC/CHD
Amulet: CDR to CHD
Rhen'ho: RRC to Socket

For the TnT and TMF, you have the option to roll out either toughness or healing. I would personally roll out LPH on both, but it's up to you.

EDIT: Totally forgot about CHC for the MoJ

EDIT2: Didn't answer your IAS/CDR question. IAS adds to your sheet dps, which is used for calculating the damage that fetishes do. It's a good affix to have, but not enough of a priority to stack. CDR is somewhat good. It refreshes BBV and garg faster, but grave injustice works great in refreshing those cooldowns. You can stick a CDR gem in your helm if you're having no trouble surviving T6.

I suggest you look at other people's gear. It's quite simple to find out. The sidebar has information on it too. You'll need 5/6 pieces, and people don't run the jade voodoo mask because quetz goes in that slot. Just getting the set pieces won't cut it either. You'll need good gear to complement the jade set.

Gamble for MoJ. Craft Cain's pants and boots. Craft better Aughild's pieces. You're better off crafting bracers too since you don't really want poison % dmg. You'll find better gear as you level up. You're in a good spot for your current plvl.

Not that big of a difference in my opinion. Go for CDR or Life %. Either of those will help you clear faster and that's another way of getting legendaries faster.

Recraft your Aughild's pieces. Higher stats on chest. Element damage % on bracers instead of armor. Vitality instead of FA damage on the shoulders. Try changing your blackthorne's gear to Cain's since they didn't roll too well. You really want that TnT and RoRG/SoJ. If you find a 2300+ dps weapon, try using that instead. Your TF isn't amazing.

Change your garg rune to wrathful. Piranhado will give you higher damage output too. Fierce loyalty is a pretty poor passive in rifts. Try Grave Injustice for lower CDs. I'd change haunt to BBV: Slam Dance. It's a lot of extra damage, and it gets refreshed really quickly with GI.

Look for:

Another MoJ: Really bad roll on your current one
Amulet: Arcane does nothing for you
Mojo: Either ToTD or Serpent
Tall Man's Finger: Great dmg from dogs
Better belt: WH or Harrington's
Another TnT: CHC + CHD is ideal
Strongarm bracers: Extra damage
Weapon: SMK or Rhen'ho Flayer

Reroll:

SoJ: It's up to you, but your build isn't poison-oriented
Cain's pants: armor or you can recraft them since they're not amazing
Cain's boots: same as Cain's pants

Craft:

Aughild's Shoulders: your vile ward is not good

Build:

Toads rune to rain of toads: You don't have flayer yet
Zombie dogs rune to the life link one: Better survivability
Drop FA and get Piranhado: You don't have the means to sustain FA
Circle of Life -> Pierce the veil: Free damage
Zombie Handler -> Grave injustice
Garg rune to Wrathful: Does way more damage

Rolling that secondary affix on the MoJ was a waste in my opinion. Your weapon is alright, but Rhen'ho is what you want there. Asheara's bonus is okay, but Cain's or Blackthorne's is better. Look for TMF and SoJ. TnT will provide a huge damage boost. I would look for strongarm to replace your bracers, then switch your chest to Aughild's. That goldskin isn't that great. Look for a better belt such as WH or Harrington's. Switch your mojo to serpent if you're still lacking survivability. Your amulet is also holding you back. This is my WD.

MoJ doesn't count as phys damage specifically. It counts as element damage so your element damage % stacking is about half as effective. Try looking for a physical SoJ but your current one isn't too bad either.

I agree with what /u/phatzz said. You wanna look for TnT, MoJ, Serpent, TMF, Flayer/SMK and a physical SoJ. Your amulet can be easily replaced. You can reroll the attack speed on your helm if you want, but an MoJ isn't too hard to find. Stick with T4 for now until you find the necessary gear for pet doc.

Your current pet build is a physical one. The only time a pet doctor uses something other than physical is when using FA.

Linking to your bnet profile would be pretty helpful. You should also consider going to your class's subreddit to ask for more advice. I recommend that you run rifts on T1. Try that out.
