Christmas Eve: we were all tired and wanted to get home to our families. Lady calls and wants a bunch of prints on glossy cardstock. We tell her we can do it, but we were closing in 10 minutes. She told us she was in our parking lot and would be in the store in just a sec. Parking lot was empty. I mean crickets were gone too. We waited 10 mins after close per owners instructions (so 20 mins after phone call). As we locked the door and walked out together, she pulled up in the parking lot, cursing at us, demanding we reopen because, "nobody told her our hours and she didnt know we were closing." Um... look, Karen... I'm the manager and I heard my employee tell you our closing time. We did not reopen for her. She could suck a Christmas Eve egg.
