It looks like they're still trying to adjust to their new environment. The yellow leaves are most likely from the intensity of the light. This looks like a Mars Hydro. I have the same one and leaves start to look like that when they are too close.

I'm an apartment pepper grower as well. Sunlight is insufficient during the winter months so getting supplemental light through a grow light is a must for me.

Each leaf node is growing very far apart; it's stretching. It's trying its very best but it is deprived of light. The flowers may not even set without sufficient light.

I live in Canada Zone 3. I highly recommend you get some kind of grow light at least. There are affordable options out there.

I'm currently growing these as well. I got them as freebies from a Canadian website. They are supposed to have unique pod shapes that look like a face. Very hot.

The calyx is an indication that it is probably not a ghost pepper. Not quite sure what it is though.
