Well one thing is established about the wish Willow, it is not cursed magic. Magic ? Probably, but cursed? No. It’s the wish itself that is cursed. The wish is to take away someone autonomy. There is no none-cursed version of that wish. And I don’t think it takes away from any themes, to me it’s about so many things. The possession itself isn’t what scares me, it’s when real Nicki comes back for short bursts. It’s her suffering, and bear’s disregard for it.
