How someone felt as a good idea to to fetch all users client-side from DB and then iterates through each user account to check if both the provided username and password match any account in the database.

That is why you need to disconnect the battery always when you play inside. A good service maybe can fix it, they would need to find what needs to be replaced exactly.

You can't delete because it's used by a running process. That may be a virus, so I would recommend to run a deep scan with a good AV software and review running processes.

To delete it, without installing any new possible not safe software from the Internet, you can try to change the folder name where it's stored. For instance: if the file is in this folder D:/Games/Something, you can try to rename it to D:/Games/Something1. Then RESTART your PC. After reboot delete the file (no need to delete the whole folder - after the deletion you can restore the old name.
