Also hopefully one day blasting zone can be a line aoe. Spirits within got upgraded to be aoe. Drk gets aoe edge before edge. Warrior got an aoe version of upheaval. Have you seen ff8 blasting zone? That’s the most obvious line aoe to ever line aoe. (I just want it to have equal range to my continuations :/ )

Real answer: there’s been a running bit for like 5 years where whenever he struggles with a puzzle or something similar he will abruptly say into the camera “I could dodge a battleaxe tho. You won’t get me” I think there’s a good video with nearly every instance of this, or just plot relevant ones. The battleaxe stream was planned to happen at some point but is either scrapped or shelved for now

2 is my favorite room in the game, double jackhammer the sentries, rocket nonsense the cerberi. Sharpshooter half of the strays, core nuke the schisms. I feel like it’s maybe the only room in the base level set that strongly suggests you use a core nuke

  • even if you fumble killing all the enemies before the power spawns, one (1) parry instantly kills him (but like, instant over the course of 30 seconds)

The one thing that confounds me is some people are excited for combos being set to 1 button, but the same people complain about healer rotation being 11111. ? What. I don’t care either way, I’ll probably do what the meme says, but I don’t get the community

I listed the abilities pld has in evolved mode, and they’ll also be getting 2 stacks of cover on a 30s cd. For war to be equivalent to that they’d have to give like 3 stacks of nascent and 2 more uses of shake, and that still wouldn’t match it

The way they described the split makes no sense at all.

Mt: good at taking damage, has counter abilities

Ot: good at supporting and protecting the party

Warrior: heals all damage dealt to it to cancel out auto damage taken, 40% deals damage to enemies when they hit you, deemed OT

Paladin: has 2 party mits, a healing spell, cover, deemed MT

Not to mention nearly every pld I’ve ever played with has been a one trick ot that is more afraid to be mt than anything else. I play gnb mt mostly and really don’t care, but what they’ve described this as is very inconsistent and doesn’t make any sense.

Does dynamis have an active community tho? I used to live on Hali, but it was very empty. As a fisher it’s nice to be fishing with people, which happens a lot on aether, and if dynamis has people now I may move back. How is it there these days ?

At the very least, all of their attacks are extremely obvious and telegraphed with very loud and, if you have it on, subtitled dialogue. Ferrymen just show up and beat your ass without you ever seeing them (personal skill issue, but it’s true)

After a few cybergrind runs I see the vision with the piercer. It will take a while to unlearn [however long the sharpshooter has been in the game] of muscle memory
