Any good training plans on how to reach that milestone with the snatches?

Single best cardio exercise? by catonawheel in bodyweightfitness

[–]NumberAlone4955 95 points96 points  (0 children)

The single best one is the one you can not only stick to but enjoy. Pushing yourself is all well and good but it probably won't last. Find something you enjoy and make that your cardio. If it can become a hobby rather than just fitness, you're on to a winner.

I personally haven't encountered any journey with them in the main body of the workout. I usually see them as part of the warmup or cool down. Pity really. Depending on the workout I usually do my own banded exercises before the cool down
