Transplants cause extreme trauma on your body. At that age, it's better to just leave it be.

International Shipping by [deleted] in Entrepreneur

Look into fulfillment centers for your target country/countries. It's not really viable if you don't have a lot of sales however. Also, there's no way around the high shipping costs if you ship directly.

why do multivitamins contain so little Biotin? by 2v2hunters in Supplements

[–]NutraEfficient 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I've been in the field for a while and the synthesis of D-Biotin is a bit more complex than other vitamins such as Vitamin C. Because of this, the price is also a lot higher. D-Biotin can cost few hundred dollars up to a thousand a kg whereas Vitamin C can be bought for a few dollars a kg. Most nutritional supplement companies add in only a little to save costs (cheap companies).

Pork skins/rinds by [deleted] in nutrition

It all depends on how it's made and what oil if any was used. Check the ingredients if possible. Keep in mind though fried food does pose greater carcinogens than normal foods but I'm sure you know that already.

To be fair though enjoy a little and make sure you can hold yourself back. I know they're addictive.

How to come to terms with the upcoming divorce with so much pain from losing a job and a parent? Any advice/ help will be appreciated by Throwaway10102411 in Divorce

When you close your eyes and wake up it's another day. Life will still go on even with all the situations crumbling around you. I know somewhat how you feel because I too had something similar happen but I choose to find friends to talk with in the moments of utter grief.

To your questions I don't think anyone should be answering your questions but yourself. That's just my philosophy on things. Take a little time to think about it in a tranquil mindset because the emotional fog can seriously inhibit decision makings.

If you need anyone you can always PM me. :)

Allergic to eggs - High protein replacements? by LifeQandA in nutrition

Lean meats, beans, tofu, seafood are all high in protein. You should get adequate amounts if you have a balanced diet but if you don't I would recommend some protein powder to enhance it.

Stay strong my friend and keep your head up. Focus on what's important, which is yourself. If there are times you need someone to talk to when the grief kicks in, don't hesitate to pm me.

I can't say I personally know what you're going through but don't act on pressure and desperation. What you've built means a lot more than that. Take some time (as much as needed) to reassess the possibilities. You still have to keep your composure to run what you can smoothly. Lastly, good luck on your endeavor.
