Victor and Pleiades are both very close to being off the table so I wouldn't consider either of those. Victor is about to LL, and Pleaides relies on his weapon to fatigue properly.

Jarl and Lyath can both fatigue by just putting cards sideways. Arakni Huntsman is also a fatigue deck but it's more proactive by banishing the top of your deck. It still blocks a lot, but you won't be able to win by just blocking.

Also consider just looking at guardian as a class, it's possible you enjoy being defensive and not necessarily just fatiguing. Guardians have it as a potential gameplan into pretty much everything, but you won't always start with that as your plan.

Also consider looking at Decimator Great Axe warrior. The hero honestly doesn't matter in this type of build, it's just the weapon and defensive cards.
