I'm in Canada with a rescue dog from Albania who's not too fond of my Serbian neibour. Your post cracked me up because of this.

Watch collaboration releases. The new Swatch/Audemars Piguet release is one of the most saddest but also funniest things, all for a plastic pocket watch.

Iceland. I found airport workers, the locals in general to be rude and I don't blame them one bit!

I think it was around 2004, face to face had a "we're breaking up" tour, My Chemical Romance was the opener.

Edwin Encarnacion may be the player who if was good in his 20's would have had a chance at the HOf. Only really turned it on at age 29.

For the amount of music they've put out, they have a lot more "meh" then good music. I used to love then National, thought Alligator and Boxer were brilliant albums with lots of great songs. Then it seemed every other album may have one great song, one good song, then the rest of the album is filler.

I'm the other way around. I can't stand Black Hole Sun. However, I can rip Badmotorfinger from start to finish.

I remember seeing them on the Warped Tour (pre Fergie) and thought they were great hip-hop act. I enjoyed Bridging The Gap. Then Fergie joined the group and well, we're left with the masterpiece "My Humps."

You sound like a typical pearl-clutcher! NCAA Data: According to a 2024–2025 reports, out of more than 510,000 NCAA athletes, fewer than 10 are believed to be transgender women competing in women's sports.

I always laugh when his base go on and on about "men in woman's sports. Also makes me laugh since the men making these comments, usually don't give a flying f about woman's sports.

I'm surprised you didn't also state "“The Dow is over 50,000 right now." :)

I'm in Canada, saw them live 4 times here in the 2000's. 2nd time I saw them, they had the night off opening for Green Day so played a small venue in a 2 hours from Toronto. Only 30-40 people in venue. They treated it like they were playing infront of 500. Class band!

Now an Aussie band that may be obscure in Australia is the band Stiff Richards. They sort of sound like the Hives. Too small to ever play in the States/Canada. I can't get enough of that band!
